Hernon Dripstop 940 is a high-speed thread sealant that instantly seals against liquid and gas leaks. It is specially formulated for use on inactive metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, and to cure without the necessity of a primer. Dripstop 940 has been tested and approved to seal without contaminating DEF within diesel exhaust systems according to ISO 22241-2 specifications. Additionally, Dripstop 940 prevents galling on metal pipe threads and fittings and does not cure until joint is assembled.
